Houston native Cipriana Torres grew up learning the ins and outs of investment properties from her father, who flipped homes. However, she didn’t remember how passionate she was about real estate until she’d worked as a property manager and leasing agent for five years, where she developed the marketing and sales skill set that she now uses in service of clients.
Cipriana became a licensed agent in 2019, and since then, she has committed herself to providing the best experience for her clients and learning as much as she can about the industry. Although she is well-suited to help clients with diverse goals, she focuses on buyers and lessees — providing each with stellar customer service by focusing on face-to-face communication.
Cipriana offers her buyers a unique understanding and perspective of Houston’s neighborhoods and works hard to ensure they get their dream home in their dream area. Her sellers benefit from her in-depth market knowledge marketing mindset. When she is not working full-time in the industry, the wife and mother of three enjoys cooking (especially with the local Cook-Off team, which she and her husband are on together) and hanging out with her family. In the summer, she and her family go camping and love spending time in the water.
