Rick Trevino is the kind of agent that will roll up his sleeves to assist his clients get to closing, which is exactly what happened in the case with my family. I tried to show no distress but we were down to minutes before closing when Rick and his sons helped us with moving furniture out and final clean up. He called in favors from bankers when needed. And, he was more concerned about our ability to afford the closing, accepting a lower commission on closing date. I could not ask for a better agent and will use him again.
